Finance ManagerSalary: £70,000 - £80,000Location: Remote working, with 2 days a month in LondonExclusively partnering with a membership organisation who are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations and provide strategic financial insight to the Chief Executive, Board, and Executive Team. This is a broad controllership role combining financial reporting, planning and analysis, and governance to support the organisation''s operational and strategic objectives.Key responsibilities include:Leading financial reporting, including monthly management accounts, Board reporting, and statutory accountsOwning budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, with clear analysis of performance and variancesDeveloping and maintaining robust financial controls, policies, and risk management frameworksManaging treasury activities and banking relationshipsOverseeing audit processes, compliance, and HMRC reporting (VAT, PAYE)Supervising outsourced finance support across AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliationsSupporting procurement, pension administration, and insurance managementSupport with the growth of the Finance functionReview and manage the payroll processWork closely with the external AccountantsYour ExperienceExperience working in a hands on finance management role with expeirence in financial reporting and policy developmentXero experience is needed!Qualified is a bonus but not necessary if relevant experienceBenefitsRemote working37.5 hour week, with ..... full job details .....
