About the Role:

• Work 1:1 with a KS2 child with ASD in a client school based in Mytholmroyd.
• Full time position, intended on leading to a permanent role.
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for the child.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a holistic approach to the child''s needs.
• Contribute to the child''s development and progress.

You''ll be Ideal if You Have:

• A minimum of 1 years'' experience working with children with ASD in an educational setting.
• An understanding of autism spectrum disorder and associated behaviours.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and de-escalation skills.
• A calm, patient, and positive approach.
• The ability to build rapport and trust with children.
• A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
