This is a key role within a complex, fast-paced group environment reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will play a pivotal part in driving high-quality financial reporting, forecasting and compliance across cash flow, balance sheet and debt instruments.Your new roleYou''ll be responsible for;Month-end cashflow reporting for the UK groupProduction of board-level reporting packs for performance and business review meetingsMonthly forecasting of cashflow and net debtPreparation of interest accruals, finance lease interest and journalsDaily cashflow model preparation and monitoring of operational cash balancesHalf-yearly reporting and actual-vs-budget analysisManaging internal and external audit queries Preparing technical accounting papers under FRS102 and IFRSSupporting statutory accounts production and disclosures on net debt and financial instrumentsWhat you''ll need to succeedFully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Strong knowledge of IFRS / FRS102Background in group financeExperience preparing technical papers for senior finance and auditorsExposure to refinance processes desirableAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skillsWhat you''ll get in returnYou''ll be paid a salary of £60,000-£70,000 per annum with hybrid working, discretionary bonus and a clear development pathway.What you need to do nowIf you''re interested in this role, click ..... full job details .....
