Lettings Administrator Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent customer service, going above and beyond where necessary, confident and friendly and possess excellent organisational skills. You will be primary support to our busy lettings team. Full training will be provided. Duties: General letting administration, such as creating property adverts, taking enquiries, processing reference checks, drafting contracts etc. Taking calls and responding to emails with professionalism and courtesy Providing landlords and tenants with advice Arranging for certificates to be renewed Arranging viewings Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role Proficiency in using computerised systems. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Competency in using Google Suite for office management.
