Trade Support Engineer

We have a current opportunity for a Trade Support Engineer on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.The ideal candidate should have a strong background and experience in eMarket systems at both a technical level and a business level for FX and Precious Metals, possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate clearly to Front Office users and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Platform and venue configuration: manage and maintain configuration across all supported venues and systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with business requirementsApplication support: provide expert-level support for the eMarkets platform, responding quickly to issues and service requests in line with the Banks governance standardsBusiness engagement: act as a liaison between IT and front office teams, translating business needs into configuration actionsOperational resilience: ensure system robustness and contribute to business continuity planningKnowledge management:create, maintain and update working instructions and documentationensure knowledge capture and transfer is a mandatory and ongoing function of the rolecontribute to a centralised knowledge base to support team learning and operational efficiencyTesting and change management: participate in functional and user acceptance testing (FAT/UAT) for projects impacting eCommerce ITCallout and support expectations: participate in an ..... full job details .....
