The development is a regenerated toy factory, making it very unique. Matchmakers Wharf consists of 210 residential apartments, split over 3 blocks with one main concierge desk. The development also includes a residents gym, twelfth floor terrace and 24 hour concierge. The development is located with good access to both Homerton and Hackney Wick overground stations.Key Responsibilities and Requirements:As a Night Concierge at Rendall and Rittner, you will:Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.Ideally come from a security backgroundHow to Apply:Ready for this incredible opportunity?
