is coming to Hunstanton.Incorporating a bar for cocktails, wine, beers and refreshing drinks, a fresh, cosy, vibrant new and unique concept adding flavour to our lovely coastal / seaside town of Hunstanton.We are on the lookout for an experienced, passionate Head Chef to embrace this new project.The start date is yet to be confirmed as the extensive fit out works are currently underway, we are hoping for the successful candidate to be available from beginning of September ready for opening soon after.If you want to be part of the foundation of this exciting new project, please see details below:What we are looking for:We are looking to build a team of positive, proactive and motivated colleagues who put the quality and guest experience first in a professional and fun environment.The ideal candidate would have previous Head Chef experience, but we will also consider candidates that have been second in command but feel ready to take on the next step.Someone passionate and eager to succeed, displaying a desire to deliver and achieve the highest quality and standards.We are looking for creativity, real kitchen flair to produce some amazing tasty dishes for our guests.Good communication skills are a must as you will be expected to manage and inspire a small back of house team to work alongside the front of house and report to the General Manager.You will be working in a fast-paced environment hence the ability to multitask, supervise and lead without compromising the quality, consistency and presentation of the dishes is crucial.You must have a thorough Food safety and Health and safety knowledge, Level 3 desirable to ensure you and the team adhere to all the Food/Health and Safety rules so the workspace is safe, organised and tidy.We are looking for a can-do attitude and have a genuine passion for food, be proud of the quality coming out the kitchen.The position will be permanent, and the salary will be dependent on experience, weekly working hours will be 48hours on a rota basis to include weekends, school holidays, bank holidays and late nights - Weekend availability is essential.You will be responsible for creating dishes and menu alongside our General Manager, organising and planning food preparation, ordering, checking all deliveries as well as ensuring the stock is well maintained, rotated to ensure a good stock control.You will be training and developing your team to ensure the highest standards are always maintained.What we offer:Competitive salary
