Due to continued programme demand, we are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support infrastructure procurement and full lifecycle commercial management on a major remediation project. This is a long-term contract within a structured, regulated environment, offering exposure to NEC4 commercial delivery on a high-profile programme. Role Overview The Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide end-to-end commercial support, working closely with the Client Commercial team and Project Management function to ensure robust contract administration and cost control in line with NEC4 principles. You will operate within a Joint Project Team environment, managing compensation events, applications for payment and commercial governance processes.
