1st Line IT Support Engineer (Cloud) Taunton, Somerset (Hybrid-working) Up to £28,000 per year Plus excellent company benefits (including 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, bonus schemes, employee discount platform, pension, etc.) Skills and Experience: Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar IT role logging and resolving tickets on a Service Desk Act as first point of contact via phone, email or chat function Provide support across Microsoft 365, workstations, Servers, printers, networks and vendor applications Carry out daily system checks and asset management tasks Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements Undertake training to build technical skills and certification GCSEs (including Maths and English) or equivalent Knowledge of IT systems, ticketing tools and service desk operations A-levels, BTEC or IT-related qualifications are desirable Microsoft 365 administration knowledge Experience within a managed service provider highly desirable NB: A valid UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
