Effectively manage a large team whilst running front of houseMaintain high catering standards.Serve guests food and drinks and check on their satisfactionTrain new team members in company standards, customer service, and job dutiesConnect with customers and develop strong relationships to encourage repeat visitationMotivate, guide, and mentor team members to exceed goals and creates a positive environment during shiftsEffectively manage a large team whilst running front of house.Involvement in all catering recruitment.Dealing with customer enquiries.General housekeeping within the complete restaurant area.Key Skills and Competencies:

Previous experience managing a large teamPrevious experience working with in the hospitality industryExcellent customer service skillsGood verbal and written English communication skills are essential as well as eligibility to work in the UK.Good personal appearance and hygiene.Store: ChelmsfordDepartment: CaféContract: Full-timeHours: 40 hrs per week
