Were looking for Senior, Staff, and Principal Engineers to help us drive innovation and deliver real impact for our customers.What You''ll DoInnovative Product Development: Leverage your expertise in platforms and user-centric design to enhance Kratix. Youll use customer feedback and industry insights to develop features that deliver meaningful value.Engage with Potential Clients: Showcase Kratixs capabilities and demonstrate how it can solve real-world challenges and add measurable value to businesses.Collaborate with Customers: Partner closely with Syntasso customers to ensure a smooth adoption journey, providing hands-on support and technical guidance.Contribute to the Platform Engineering Community: Share your expertise through blogs, conference talks, or collaborations with peers in the industry. Youll have the freedom to make your mark in a way that feels authentic to you.

We offer the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with passionate peers, and make a lasting impact in a growing field.Qualifications For SuccessCollaborative Problem-Solver: You thrive in a team setting, communicate effectively, and enjoy working closely with others through pairing and shared learning.Adaptable and Growth-Oriented: You embrace ambiguity and are excited by the opportunity to learn, experiment, and grow in a dynamic environment.Technical Excellence: You have experience with complex distributed systems and have worked on building and maintaining sophisticated software products.Proficiency in Golang: Strong programming skills in Go are a must.Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience crafting and managing platforms using Kubernetes is essential. Familiarity with public cloud services, CNCF technologies, or the HashiCorp stack is a bonus.Passion for Learning: We dont expect you to have experience with every tool or technology we use, but we do value a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

Well also collaborate on a couple of practical tasks, including a whiteboarding session and a pair programming exercise
