Hospitality2day are looking for experiencedHospitality Assistants to join our team. You will have the opportunity tojoin our thrivingFOH team, where you will be part ofensuring exceptional service to several ofour client sites across the City.

You will be working within apremium Contract Catering setting including; the staff restaurant, meeting and conferencerooms, as well as supporting withhigh profile events. You will be working to the highest of standards, serving fresh food andbeverages to an array ofhigh profile clients.

Working days are Monday to Friday andall shifts are ad-hoc however some roles have potential to go permanent.Duties:Ensure standards and client comfort are maintained at all timesMaintain good working relationships among the team and kitchen brigadeKeeping up to date with menu changes and ensuring knowledge is consistent and can be delivered to clients/ customers accordinglyConsistently followthe correct standards and methods of serviceTake orders and enter them appropriately into the POS systemProvide a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all timesWhats needed:Experience in fine dining or contract catering hospitality establishmentPassion for and excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and serviceCommitted to delivering an outstanding dining experience for clientsAbility to adapt and being able to work under pressureProfessionalism and engaging personalityVery good level of spoken EnglishHospitality2day are a central London based staffing agency who work with a huge variety of clients in and around the city.
