Our client, a reputable manufacturer specialising is hiring a dedicated Production Operative to join their team near Oxford City Centre. If you''re practical, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to high-quality boat manufacturing, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you''ll be doing:
* Assisting in the assembly, finishing, and inspection of moulded parts, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
* Supporting the preparation of mouldings and bonding to meet production schedules.
* Contributing to cutting, grinding, and flow coating of bonding.
* Helping produce sub-assemblies and supporting other manufacturing tasks as directed.
* Maintaining a clean and organised workstation.
* Following health and safety procedures at all times.
* Assisting in training new team members and supporting continuous improvement.

What you''ll bring:
* Practical skills with experience using workshop power and hand tools.
* A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Good communication skills to understand and relay instructions clearly.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and quality.
* A good standard of general education, with experience in a similar environment or relevant engineering qualifications.
* Ability to work in a safe manner, following health and safety policies.
