A leading UK financial services organisation is seeking a Specialist Solicitor on a 6-month contract to join its Investment and Treasury Legal team. This is a great opportunity for a finance or asset management associate looking for a in-house experience, providing front-office facing legal support for investment and treasury activities. The Role You will provide legal expertise on a range of complex asset-side transactions, including: Private placementsInfrastructure and real estate debt investmentsNote purchase and loan-on-note structuresDerivatives documentation and hedging structuresStructured and illiquid asset transactionsTransaction execution from term sheet through to signing and closingSupport for portfolio and treasury optimisation activities You will work closely with investment professionals and treasury teams, as well as managing external counsel on complex transactions.
