This role offers the opportunity to handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, with scope to work on more complex transactions depending on experience.We anticipate candidates with 3+ years'' PQE who are confident managing their own caseload independently.Those with 5+ years'' PQE and experience handling complex conveyancing matters are particularly encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.• Advising on new builds, shared ownership and equity release matters.• Dealing with complex transactions including:o Deeds of granto Easements and restrictive covenantso Assignments and declarations of trusto Setting up residential leaseso Building Safety Act considerations• Investigating and resolving title issues.• Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and third parties to ensure smooth progression of matters.• Delivering a professional, efficient and client-focused service at all times.Skills and Experience• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer (3+ PQE).• Ability to manage a caseload independently.• Strong drafting and ..... full job details .....
