Job Title: Facilities / Maintenance Person Location: Whetstone Hours: 8am-4.30pm Mon-Fri Salary: 12.21 Foxes Recruitment are recruiting for a Facilities / Maintenance Person to work for our client based in the Whetstone area of Leicester. As a Maintenance Person you will be responsible for: Carrying out day-to-day repairs, general maintenance, and improvement work. Reviewing the maintenance request book and complete listed tasks in a timely manner. Working with the Service Manager to prioritise maintenance activities and review these regularly. Keeping accurate records of all work completed and submit a weekly report to the Service Manager and Home Managers. Perform weekly inspections and documentation for fire alarms, fire doors, security doors, window restrictors, and emergency lighting. Conduct monthly visual checks of firefighting equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers) as assigned. Carrying out tasks including painting, decorating, general yard work, and other maintenance duties.
