What a day to day as a Commercial Manager will look like: Develop and implement the company s commercial strategy in alignment with business objectives. Lead and manage the operations and business development functions. Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships. Negotiate and manage key commercial contracts and agreements. Collaborate with the finance team to forecast revenue, analyze profitability, and manage budgets. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
