The postholder will be responsible for transforming research, reports, webinars, workshops, and events into clear, accessible, and visually compelling digital content that members can actively use.Reporting to the Memberships and Programmes lead, the specialist will:Shape and package member-facing resourcesEdit webinars into practical digital assetsTurn insights into well-designed, usable outputsHighlight member achievements and case studiesEnsure the website functions as an intuitive and engaging resource hubThe role works collaboratively across the organisation, with a primary focus on enhancing the member experience and strengthening digital engagement.
