Head Chef

Head Chef, B&I, Manchester -35k Monday to Friday
We have a great opportunity for a motivational and passionate Head Chef to join the team at this site based in Manchester City Centre.
The kitchen provides the catering for both staff dining and ad hoc hospitality. All food produced is fresh and seasonal, based on modern trends and concepts.
What you will be doing:
* Fully responsible for the running of the kitchen and all food produced
* Leading, guiding and motivating a small settled team
* Develop and execute seasonal menus for both hospitality and the staff restaurant
* Work alongside the Catering Manager to develop the food offer and business
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
What we are looking for:
* A Head Chef with a proven and stable work history
* Ideally experience within B&I contract catering ideally
* A genuine passion for food, ingredients and customer service
* Financially astute and able to manage a budget and costs
* A strong leader with a proven ability to develop, inspire and motivate a team
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Self-motivation, innovation and flexibility
