Site Operations Manager
Leeds | £45,000 + Bonus (up to £5,000)

We are recruiting for a Site Operations Manager to lead the delivery of Soft FM services within a fast-paced, highly regulated, 24/7 operational environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across a complex site. You will lead teams, manage performance, and work closely with key stakeholders to maintain operational excellence in a time-critical setting.

The Role

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of site-based Soft FM operations
• Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with performance standards
• Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational output
• Champion a strong health & safety culture, ensuring full compliance at all times
• Act as the key escalation point for operational issues and service delivery challenges
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and on-site stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance, driving improvements where required
• Lead, coach, and develop teams to deliver consistently high standards
• Respond to operational disruptions, ensuring continuity of service
• Drive continuous improvement across service delivery, safety, and efficiency

About You

• Proven experience in an operational leadership role within a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Background in Soft FM, facilities management, or operational services within a critical environment
• Strong leadership capability, with experience managing large or multi-functional teams
• Experience operating within a 24/7, shift-based environment
• Solid understanding of health & safety and compliance
• Commercially aware, with experience managing performance, costs, and efficiency
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Calm, decisive, and solutions-focused under pressure
