Housing and Support Officer About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and organised Housing and Support Officer to join our client''s supported housing service. You will work directly with residents who require housing-related support, helping them stabilise, grow, and move towards independent living. Hours: 35 hours per week (8:00am - 2:00pm, 10:00am - 4:00pm and 2:00pm - 8:00pm, must be available for all)1 in 5 weekends, 10 - 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday Salary: £29,235.65 per annum Location: Surbiton Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day housing management and support to a caseload of residentsMonitor rent accounts, ensuring all payments are made and taking early action to prevent arrearsComplete resident intake, assessments, and required paperworkCarry out Outcome Star assessments and co-create personalised support plansWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure residents receive holistic supportPromote engagement in education, training, employment, volunteering, and progression opportunitiesSupport residents to identify suitable move-on accommodationInvestigate and address anti-social behaviour sensitively and effectivelyConduct wellbeing checks, facility checks, and maintain accurate recordsFollow safeguarding procedures and report concerns appropriately What We''re Looking For Experience supporting vulnerable people (housing, social care, youth work, advice, or similar)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence managing ..... full job details .....
