Site Manager

Site Manager require for external restoration in the Chelsea area of London

This is a an external restoration project, with the Site Manager taking control of the project consisting of roof refurbishment, repairing moulds, repairing pitched roof and restoration of stone and brickwork.

Project is above 4 commercial units, so will involve communication with all occupants.

The successful candidate must have previous external restoration experience and have excellent communication skills to ensure the smooth running of the project whilst staying in communication with all the building occupants.

Up to date certification required, CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.
