The Role

40% installation / 60% maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems

Leading by example on-site, setting the standard for quality and safety

Supporting and mentoring less experienced engineers

Delivering excellent service across a loyal, high-profile client base

The Person

Strong experience as an Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer

Recognised HVAC qualifications

Full UK driving licence

Strong customer communication and consultative mindset

A passion for quality work and helping others develop
