As a bartender, you will play a key role in crafting exceptional drinks, delivering outstanding service, and creating a lively, engaging atmosphere at the bar. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality cocktails, maintaining bar stock and cleanliness, and engaging with guests to enhance their experience.We are looking for someone with a deep passion for mixology, strong product knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering seamless service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, and beverages with precision and creativity.Engage with guests, offering recommendations and delivering a welcoming and personalised experience.Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar, ensuring all bar operations run smoothly.Follow recipes and presentation standards while consistently delivering drinks of the highest quality.Monitor and manage stock levels, assisting with ordering and inventory control.Work closely with the floor team to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas.Uphold all health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.Stay updated on industry trends and contribute ideas to enhance the bar menu and service.KEY REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume, quality-focused venue.Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and spirits.A passion for mixology, creativity, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests confidently.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.A strong team player, working collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak service periods.WHAT WE OFFER
