About the Role:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain on task
• Support pupils'' learning and engagement throughout the school day
• Assist with general duties within the school when not covering lessons
• Work closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to maintain a positive learning environment

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people (ideally in a school or education setting)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach
• A genuine interest in education and supporting students'' progress
• Graduate or equivalent qualification is desirable, but not essential
