We are seeking a commercially astute Director with Health, Education, or Life Sciences experience to join our London Real Estate team. You will work on live projects, leading small to medium-sized complex commissions and supporting major new build schemes across these sectors. This is a defined opportunity to take the lead and grow a successful career within our market-leading division.Key Responsibilities
Lead small to medium-sized complex commissions and support major new build schemes across Health, Education, and Life Sciences.Oversee team operations, including resource planning, contract management, and compliance across multiple projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Plan and secure resources for the project or programme, using appropriate tools and techniques.Lead and manage the project or programme team and delegate tasks, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.Identify and manage risks and issues, using effective mitigation and contingency strategies.Ensure the project or programme stays on track and delivers on time and within budget, using relevant project management methodologies and standards.Build, sustain and facilitate relationships with project or programme stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement.Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the project or programme, using appropriate metrics and indicators.Evaluate the impact and benefits of the project or programme, using evidence-based methods and tools.Drive business development, identifying new opportunities and preparing compelling proposals to grow our presence in Health, Education, and Life Sciences.Qualifications
Experience in team leadership, compliance management, and business development.Proven track record of delivering high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle.Degree qualified with cognate degree preferable.Experience in Health, Education, or Life Sciences projects.Strong contract administration skills, particularly with NEC contracts.Commercially astute.Additional Information
