Finance and transformation analyst | £65-75k plus bonus | West London | FTSE TravelA global FTSE leading travel business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its finance and transformation team.This role supports control of the transformation programme through robust benefit / investment tracking, and supports the delivery of value assurance through insight of financial and non-financial transformation KPIs to drive the effectiveness of the transformation programme.- Support the financial control of investments and benefits of the Transformation Programme, and associated Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes through robust analysis, and structured accurate reporting- Support the development of transformation business plans and finance plans- Work with the FBP teams to develop the ‘Transformation PandL’ and enhanced forecasting models- Promote benefits tracking and ongoing economic review- Support the Head of Transformation Performance to define and track key performance indicators to assess the progress and value impact of transformation initiatives.- Support the implementation of robust Business Performance Processes around the core financial and non-financial KPIs to drive Business Planning and effectiveness of the transformation programmeYou will be numerate, financially and data-savvy with the ability to draw out insights from financial and business information to creatively problem solve and propose recommendations.Background could be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or a data analysis background.This role will use data to bring people together will gain lots of senior exposure and brings with it is the opportunity to progress quickly through the business.
