They are currently seeking an ambitious Associate / Director to join their expanding Electrical team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a background in Electrical Engineering who is passionate about driving this team forwards.This position offers the opportunity to obtain shares and progress within an established business, placing the successful candidate at the forefront of a thriving and growing office.With a history spanning over 50 years, our client has grown to a team of over 180 professionals, including a dedicated Electrical and Mechanical team of 12. They work across a diverse range of projects including Residential, Education, Ministry of Justice (MOJ), Commercial, and Public Sector developments.Competitive salary ranging between 70,000-100,000 DOE- Close mentoring and progression opportunities-30 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, increasing with service- Ability to purchase and sell holiday- Professional fees paid for- Enhanced pension scheme- Private healthcare- Social office and team building exercises- Cycle to work scheme- Sick pay insurance- Life insurance- Critical illness cover- Play an integral role in expanding and developing the London / Maidstone office (currently a team of 4).Represent the company at networking events to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.Act as the technical authority on electrical building services design, including LV power distribution, lighting systems, fire and safety systems, renewable technologies, and smart controls.Lead and manage complex electrical engineering projects from concept to handover, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.Report directly to Executive Directors on business development, marketing, and activities.Bachelor''s degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.Extensive post-qualification experience in electrical building services design and management, preferably in the UK.Proven track record in leading major projects.Proficiency in design software such as Amtech/ETAP, Dialux/Relux, Revit MEP.Experience in leading and developing engineering teams.Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplinary technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex, operating across the UK.
