As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that enables each student to reach their full potential. Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver differentiated lessons that cater to the unique needs of each student Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students develop their academic, social, and emotional skills Assist in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to the class teacher and parents Encourage student independence and promote a positive learning atmosphere Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, therapists, and other support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to student development Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs Knowledge of various learning ..... full job details .....
