This is not your average Architectural vacancy but an opportunity to work for the in house Architectural design team for one of UKs most successful developers-based near Leeds. The business designs, develops and constructs large care facilities throughout the UK.

The role:

Due to significant growth this business has a requirement for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join this talented design team. You should be a high energy individual looking to develop your career with an entrepreneurial organisation. You will ideally have a minimum of 10 years post degree or HND experience working within an architectural practice or a construction business.

You will be involved with projects from the front end feasibility and design, construction information stages right through to completion on each scheme.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years-PQE
• Project Management of schemes from a design perspective
• Excellent technical knowledge of latest building technology, planning and building regs
• Experience of working on projects from inception through to completion.
• An understanding / practical knowledge of Revit / BIM including modelling and BIM strategy.
• You should have excellent construction knowledge with the ability to produce construction and detailed working drawings and packages quickly and efficiently.
• Experience of working on accommodation based projects up to value of -6M would be beneficial.
