(Ref: 277) 2x Female Support Worker Haverfordwest (Exemption is claimed under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9) Contract: Permanent Location: Haverfordwest Hours per week: Post 1 36 hours per week Post 2 18 hours per week Working Pattern: Weekdays 3pm to 9am (Inc Sleep shift). Weekends 8am to 8am (Inc Sleep shift) Flexibility to provide additional support during school holidays To be discussed at interview Pay: Weekday (6.30am to 10.30pm) = £16.06 Bank Holidays (6.30am to 10.30pm) = £24.09 (1.5 rate) Sleep shifts (10.30pm to 6.30am) = £12.71 (minimum wage) Closing date: 24th April 2026 (Please note, we reserve the right to close the advert earlier if we receive a high volume of suitable applicants) I m a 15-year-old girl who sustained a brain injury at birth. I have complex needs, including cognitive difficulties, cerebral palsy and autism. I am looking for an enthusiastic, fun, patient and reliable Support Worker to help me engage in the activities I love and to become more independent. You will need to be calm under pressure and be able to apply a consistent approach. I attend a special school but only require additional support outside of school hours, enabling me to take part in social activities. I require some assistance with personal care.
