MPI have a requirement for a permanent Safety, Quality and Compliance Monitoring Manager to be based on site at Stansted (this is not a hybrid role). Rate of pay to be discussed on application Working hours - Monday to Friday 08.00-16.30 JOB PURPOSE Reporting to the Accountable Manager the Safety and Compliance Monitoring Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the safety management system, and the quality and compliance monitoring systems (collectively known as "the management system") in an aircraft maintenance environment in accordance with the requirements of the CAA and various National Regulatory bodies regarding the maintenance approvals the company holds. The SCMM is also responsible for the safety management and compliance monitoring systems of the FBO operation as defined in the IS-BAH standard. Has day to day liaison with the General Manager. ACCOUNTABILITY Accountable for maintaining the management system in accordance with the Company processes and procedures. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Compliance Monitoring: Lead and oversee all compliance audits in accordance with all applicable standards, incorporating management of internal and external audit schedules, including third party and/or customer audits.
