The Pines Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who would like to progress as a Clinical Director or a current Clinical Director, to lead our team and uphold the exceptional standard of care the clinic is known for. The Clinical Director will manage daily operations, ensure the well-being of our patients, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the clinic team and oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of patient care.

Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and support ongoing team development.

Develop and expand veterinary services in line with clinic goals.

Location and ScheduleThe role is based in Maidenhead and is commutable from nearby towns. It is a full-time position with a 4-day week and 1:4 Saturday mornings; no OOH.
