Role Overview: We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to join a well-established engineering team at a leading manufacturing plant in Essex. This is a pivotal role that requires someone with a strong technical background and experience in managing electrical systems within a heavy industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have a blend of academic qualifications and practical experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on compliance, process improvement, and reliability. Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of maintenance plans and ensure electrical systems meet compliance standards.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement proactive measures to reduce breakdowns.Manage projects to improve electrical equipment efficiency, including involvement in capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.Develop and enforce site standards for electrical systems, ensuring the use of optimal equipment and technologies.Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and implement new electrical systems across the site.
