As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for manging several projects operationally offering technical advice and support on specification and design and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities

Manage 2-4 projects supporting the site teamsManage the client relationship attending meeting s and offering technical advice and solving problemsReview project drawings and specifications and write programmes for siteVisits sites on a weekly basisRecord and review information on software packages including bolsterLiaise and work closely with the operations directorAbout the Company

Specialistjoinery contractorWorks with Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractorsProjects typically range from £1M to £10MOver 30 years of trading historyWhat We''re Looking For

Technical background in joinery and fire doorsPrevious experience managing large commercial and residential projectsCSCS and driving licenseNVQ Level 6 in construction or degree educatedProficient in IT and reporting tools including bolsterAbility to write and amend programmesBenefits
