SME Account Handler
We''re working with a well-established and growing insurance business in Leicester, with over 25 years of experience supporting clients across the region. This is a great opportunity for an SME Account Handler to join a friendly, office-based team. It''s suitable for those with some commercial insurance experience or Personal Lines professionals looking to step up.As an SME Account Handler, you''ll support a range of small and medium-sized clients, helping to provide advice and excellent service. You''ll work closely with Account Executives and be part of a team that values doing the right thing for clients. This is a fully office-based role where you''ll receive support to develop your skills and progress in your career.Responsibilities of the SME Account Handler:Help clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy queries.Prepare documentation and provide quotations for additional products.Work with Account Executives on larger or more complex cases.Build strong relationships with clients and insurers to help retain business.Keep all records and systems accurate and up to date.Work in a timely and compliant way on all cases.Liaise with both internal teams and external contacts.What we are looking for:Some experience in commercial insurance, or strong Personal Lines experience with a desire to move into commercial.Knowledge of products such as Property, Liability, Fleet, PI, DandO, Cyber, or packaged policies.Good communication skills, both written and ..... full job details .....
