This is a pivotal senior role at the heart of consumer protection across the UK s fast growing renewable energy and low carbon markets.They operate several high profile consumer protection and dispute resolution schemes, including: Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC) Electric Vehicle Consumer Code for Home Chargepoints (EVCC)EV RoamGreen Homes Dispute Resolution As Director of Consumer Codes, you will steer the strategic direction, governance and delivery of these schemes, ensuring they remain robust, trusted and aligned with their mission and organisational strategy.This is a rare opportunity to shape consumer protection across rapidly expanding low carbon markets, and to make a meaningful contribution to the UK s transition to clean energy.
