Managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses and working as part of a cloud-accounting/virtual finance team, this is a fantastic opportunity to use your Management Accounts and Client Accounts experience towards achieving promotion in the future, and key duties include:• Managing day to day bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients as well as preparation and review of management accounts and VAT returns• Preparation and presentation of management reporting, including analysis and interpretation of performance against KPI''s• Assisting with the preparation of consolidated financial reporting packs for clients• Reviewing client entries and advising of corrections or efficiency improvements• Working with clients, assisting with the implementation of accounting systems and solutions• Communicating directly with HMRC when necessary, and responding to client queries on a range of issues.• Providing training to clients on cloud accounting packages - Xero Accounts and Quickbooks - as required• Visiting clients onsite to help resolve bookkeeping/accounting issues or take on accounts-related projects• Coaching and supervising junior colleagues within the Outsourcing team • Assisting with filings of taxes and ..... full job details .....
