Communications at Biohm sits at the heart of our public identity, ensuring our innovations inspire systemic change.About the Content Creator roleThe Content Creator will play a pivotal role in amplifying Biohm’s voice and impact across digital and physical platforms. This role combines advanced digital content generation with creativity and technical expertise in audio, visual, and written formats. The successful candidate will harness cutting-edge AI tools, creative storytelling, and advanced editing techniques to produce content that resonates with diverse audiences, from global industry leaders and investors to everyday citizens.

Responsibilities

Podcast and Audio-Visual Production: Record, edit, and publish Biohm’s podcasts (e.g., The Future of Home), ensuring professional sound design and storytelling.Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content for campaigns, presentations, and events.Maintain and evolve Biohm’s digital knowledge hub through compelling multimedia content.Content Development

Create, edit, and publish high-quality multimedia content (video, audio, written, and visual) across Biohm’s channels.Develop engaging digital assets, including animations, infographics, and interactive media, leveraging advanced AI tools.Produce thought-leadership content in alignment with Biohm’s strategy (whitepapers, blogs, articles, social campaigns, etc.).Brand Alignment and Campaigns

Collaborate with Communications to ensure all outputs reflect Biohm’s brand identity and mission.Support multi-channel marketing campaigns, from concept development to asset delivery.Generate content to amplify consultancy offerings (Biohm Partners), biotechnologies, and group-level initiatives.Innovation and AI Integration

Stay at the forefront of AI-powered and emerging digital content tools (generative design, video AI, immersive platforms).Innovate with new methods of storytelling, content delivery, and audience engagement.Recommend and integrate best practices to optimise workflows and content impact.Qualifications

What experience you’ll need to applyEssential:Proven experience in digital content creation across video, audio, and written formats.Advanced proficiency in image photography and video filming and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).Strong audio recording and editing.Podcast production skills.Demonstrated experience with AI-powered content creation platforms and emerging digital tools.Exceptional creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly creative with a flair for innovation.Adaptive and forward-thinking, eager to explore new tools and methods.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Passionate about Biohm’s mission to create systemic, regenerative change.Nice to have:Experience in sustainability, biomimicry, biotechnology, or systemic innovation sectors.Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and immersive media.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics.What you’ll get in return
