MEP Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: LondonType: Full-time / PermanentSalary: 75,000 - 85,000 + BenefitsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and cost aspects of large MEP projects or major work packages. This role is critical in ensuring financial control, risk management, and successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage cost plans, valuations, and change control processes.Assess subcontractor applications and variations.Support procurement activities and contract administration.Provide financial reporting and forecasting to the Commercial Manager.Manage risk and lead value engineering exercises.Mentor and support junior QS team members.About YouYou are a commercially focused MEP professional with strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices.
