The role will involve conducting property viewings, check-ins, and check-outs, working closely with our current Lettings Negotiators. Key Responsibilities: Conduct property viewings, check-ins, and check-outs with prospective and existing tenants.Interviewing candidates and choosing the best fit from a set of criteria Maintain effective communication with tenants, landlords, and colleagues.Use company systems and mobile apps to manage appointments, property details, and tenant information.Ensure all administrative tasks, such as paperwork and reports, are completed accurately and promptly.Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
