The home provides specialist support for individuals living with Alcohol-Related Brain Damage, including Korsakoff''s syndrome, promoting independence and wellbeing for up to 34 residents.We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our dedicated team. In this key role, you will lead by example, support your colleagues, and ensure residents receive the highest standard of person-centred care in a warm, safe, and nurturing environment.As Senior Support Worker, you will coordinate shifts, oversee the delivery of care, and provide hands-on support to residents.
