My client is a multi-award winning care provider looking for an experienced Registered Manager with excellent knowledge of care quality and compliance, and solid experience managing services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex care needs. They are looking for a compassionate, inspirational leader who will nurture staff and ensure the best possible standards of care are maintained. You will become Registered Manager for 2 residential services for adults with a range of complex needs. Both services are rated Good with CQC, so this needs an experienced care professional with the ability to maintain their Good ratings and strive for Outstanding.
