Teaching Assistant
Wild Berry Associates are thrilled to be working with a trusted leading education charity and one of the country''s top-performing academy operators. We are looking to support them with a Teaching Assistant for an immediate start and ongoing until the summer.About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital part in promoting high-quality learning, inclusion, and personal development across the academy. With a focus on supporting learners with SEN, SEMH needs, and those with EHCPs, you will help ensure that our most vulnerable students can fully access the curriculum, feel safe and supported, and make meaningful academic and personal progress.Working closely with teachers, the SENCo, pastoral teams, and external professionals, you will deliver targeted interventions and adapt learning experiences to meet individual needs.This role requires someone who is, organised, patient, proactive, and an effective communicator.
