Production Supervisor- Nights

Working hours: Monday to Friday 

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum shift premium 

Location: Reading, UK

We''re hiring a proactive and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee production line operations at our facility in Reading. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and is passionate about leading people, improving processes, and delivering high-quality results, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor 

• Supervise manufacturing operations during the night shift.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of production staff to meet daily and long-term goals
• Monitor daily activities on the production line to meet output and quality goals.
• Promote and ensure health, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain smooth production flow.
• Support training and performance feedback for line team members.
• Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure proper shift handovers and line readiness.

What You''ll Need for the Production Supervisor Role

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with leading a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
