As a trusted adviser, you will partner closely with managers on site to ensure we attract, retain, and develop the people who keep the organisation a industry leader in their respective field.The main responsibilities: HR contact for operational teams, providing guidance on a wide range of HR matters.Lead on employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, performance issues, and absence management.Drive and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, from screening to workforce planning.Coach line managers to strengthen leadership capability, HR knowledge, and consistency in applying policies.Support organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and engagement.Analyse HR metrics (turnover, absence, recruitment KPIs) and recommend data-led solutions.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best-practice HR standards.Contribute to ongoing HR projects such as talent development, engagement activities, and culture initiatives.The ideal ..... full job details .....
