About You In order to be successful as a Teaching Assistant, you will be friendly and approachable with outstanding interpersonal skills that you can use to build strong, healthy relationships with pupils with complex needs. You will have some understanding of additional learning needs, obtained via experience or studies, that you will use to facilitate the unique needs of each individual.
