This varied and hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and takes pride in a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain offices, toilets, reception areas, workshop, canteen and kitchenette- Refill and manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries- Carry out minor maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, light carpentry, painting and decorating- Perform grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming and litter collection- Assist with routine checks and maintenance of machinery and equipment- Operate company vehicles and forklifts (if certified)- Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate records- Respond to general maintenance and repair requests promptlyRequirements- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and organisation- Basic understanding of health and safety and COSHH regulations- Willingness to work flexible hours, with occasional weekend or evening shifts depending on business needs- Practical and confident using tools and equipment- Reliable and able to prioritise tasks effectivelyDesirable Experience- Forklift Truck licence- ..... full job details .....
