We are offering a 42-hour contract, working a variety of daytime shifts. Some shifts may start at 7 am, while others may finish at 10 pm, across a 7-day rota (including two weekends per month). Devon Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment, promoting independence and community integration.
