Duties of a New/Used Car Sales Executive:

• Sell new and used cars, accessories, and add-on products, including finance and insurance packages
• Build and maintain customer relationships to promote loyalty and referrals
• Prospect for new customers through telephone calls, attend product launches, and participate in dealership events
• Manage and update the enquiry database efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Ensure high standards of vehicle presentation, administration, and dealership housekeeping
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about latest offers and industry trends
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team success

Requirements of a New/Used Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience in a car sales role or strong customer service background with a targeted sales environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Carmarthen
• Professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales excellence
